The Mile High Blues Farewell Party is a celebration of the event's legacy, held during the Friday night dance of the new CO Blues event, 'The Get Down'. The evening features an Intro to Blues Dancing lesson, live music by Rex Peoples & the X Factr, and a late-night DJed party. Participants are encouraged to share stories of how Mile High Blues impacted them via email (milehighbluesexchange@gmail.com). The event continues through the weekend as part of The Get Down inaugural event.
